A development of 60,000ft2 for Eagle Star Properties: the design of this stone faced new building was tailored during construction to the individual needs of the occupier Grimley. The building was designed to restore a scarred location in Stratton Street, respecting the architectural rhythms, scale and features of the surroundings in the Mayfair Conservation Area. Recommended for a Civic Trust Award by Westminster City Council.
