ATHELSTAN ROAD, KINGSTON

Redevelopment of a former waste transfer site in 2002 provided 20 two storey B1 business units in a range of size from 88m2 to 386m2 . The ground floor was completed to shell finish with the first floor in each unit finished to office standard.

CENTENARY ESTATE, ENFIELD

A scheme providing 19 small and medium size B1 industrial units totalling c.4,400m2 for Greater London Enterprises and London Development Agency as the first phase with alternatives being developed for phases 2 and 3.

BANKSIDE HOUSE, SE1

Bankside Housecomprised a basement, ground and part eight, part nine storey former office building erected in 1952, situated immediately to the south of Tate Modern. On behalf of GLE and The London School of Economics, we designed a scheme and obtained planning permission for adaptation and extension of the building to provide a student hall of residence comprising 576 study bedrooms, a publicly accessible self-service restaurant seating 250, lounges, bars, computer room, self-operated laundry facilities, six staff flats and a separate A3 food and drink outlet.

DANTE ROAD, SE11

A phased development of three plots comprising a total area of 4,750m2 to the south west of the Elephant and Castle Centre for South Bank University providing 469 student bedrooms in 73 six and 8 four person flats together with wardens accommodation, common room and laundries in four storey buildings with traditional detailing and pitched roofs.

STREATHAM HILL, SW2

Feasibility study for potential redevelopment of existing leisure use building to provide replacement facilities plus c.90 residential flats.

HATCHAM PARK MEWS, NEW CROSS, SE14

Development of 10 live/work units to augment the existing B1 business units on this site in the Conservation Area completed in July 2004.

LOUGHBOROUGH ROAD, LEICESTER

Detailed permission secured and design drawings prepared for wholesale cash and carry warehouse of c.7,540m2 for Bestway together with outline application for residential development of adjoining 5.29ha brownfield site.

237 LONG LANE, SE1

A scheme for the erection of extensions together with alterations to these former industrial premises to provide 30 private residential flats; 4 new mews houses; 6 live/work units and 8, B1 units together with 16 units of affordable housing in a new five storey building. The development which has been implemented reflects a good example of adaptation of former industrial premises for a new use.

20-22 NEW GLOBE WALK, SE1

A scheme for the adaptation of this former warehouse building together with the erection of two additional floors to provide 34 residential flats together with a restaurant on the ground floor. The development represents a good example of potential refurbishment of former multi storey warehouses and has contributed to the enhancement of the south bank close to Tate Modern.

PLOUGH WAY, LEWISHAM, SE16

Redevelopment of a long vacant site has provided 38, two and three storey live/work units which were finished to shell and core allowing incoming occupiers to fit out according to their requirement.

124/128 DRAYCOT AVENUE, SW3

A development of residential flats above ground floor shops and restaurant in Kensington. The building represents an example of a modern robust design for an infill site within a
conservation area context.

SOUTHWARK STATION SITE, BLACKFRIARS ROAD, SE1

Application on behalf of GLE and London Transport for the erection of a part 15, part 17 storey building over the new Jubilee line station to provide 1,123m2 of B1 office accommodation, 2 retail units and 189 service apartments - the design was developed in conjunction with MacCormac Jamieson Prichard the architect for Southwark Station.
